Do I need a Claude account?
Not for the audit. The workbook is a web page you fill in. For the install, we set up a Claude workspace with you.
Will it email or text my customers on its own?
No. It writes drafts and a person on your team sends them. We do not offer automated texting or calls.
What does it connect to?
Email, calendar, spreadsheets and the software you already use, where a connector exists. We test what each one can really do before promising anything.
What if the audit finds nothing worth fixing?
Then we tell you. The audit is built to show where the value is, including when it is small.
